I specialise in making technically dense, non-deterministic systems — including AI and LLM-powered products — feel legible, trustworthy, and genuinely useful.

Background spans co-founding and successfully exiting a startup (Overlap), leading AI product design at Gap Inc. and Amazon (via Green Stone), and delivering end-to-end design across fintech, telecom, and consumer platforms. At Green Stone, I lead product and AI design across enterprise clients including Amazon (Alexa+ AI ecosystem), WOW! Telecom, and Choice Digital (fintech). Work spans agentic AI experience design, trust and transparency frameworks for autonomous AI systems, and scalable UI systems for regulated environments.

I contributed to high-impact projects like AI-driven tools, site-wide design consistency, and the redesign of key customer service pages, ensuring that our digital products meet both user needs and business goals.

I crafted user-friendly tools to streamline travel management, including an intuitive financial reconciliation flow for agents, a mobile-friendly itinerary export, and a tagging system for organized traveler assignments. My designs enhanced efficiency, accessibility, and personalization across the platform.

I led the end-to-end redesign of the app, focusing on enhancing user retention, consistency, and accessibility across all screens. By implementing a new Style Guide and Component Library, optimizing the onboarding experience, and making data-informed UX improvements, I contributed to the app’s growth to over 9 million users and helped elevate it to a featured App Store product.
