I contribute to high-impact projects like AI-driven tools, site-wide design consistency, and the redesign of key customer service pages, ensuring that our digital products meet both user needs and business goals.

I crafted user-friendly tools to streamline travel management, including an intuitive financial reconciliation flow for agents, a mobile-friendly itinerary export, and a tagging system for organized traveler assignments. My designs enhanced efficiency, accessibility, and personalization across the platform.

I led the end-to-end redesign of the app, focusing on enhancing user retention, consistency, and accessibility across all screens. By implementing a new Style Guide and Component Library, optimizing the onboarding experience, and making data-informed UX improvements, I contributed to the app’s growth to over 9 million users and helped elevate it to a featured App Store product.

Outside of work, I have dedicated my time to exploring the world and immersing myself in different cultures. I have always been drawn to the thrill of adventure and the personal growth that comes from stepping outside of my comfort zone. Here are some of my favorite travel photos!
